Algoar was an island off the western coast of Albion in ancient times before the Elder Isles sank beneath the waves. HRH Lothian, Prince of Lyonesse has created this County to honor this island and her people then, elevated HE Lord Skipper of Taylor ap Mausheld as its first Count.
